• How can I place an order with you?
• Orders can be placed either online through our website or by calling us.
• Do the cards come with envelopes?
• Yes all cards come with a matching envelope.
• Do you offer a custom design option?
• Yes we offer custom designed invites click here to be redirected to the custom invite page.
• What are your delivery times and charges?

• When ordering your invites please specify what date you would like to receive your invites by allowing at least 2 weeks for completion of your order.

  Orders are place in our diary on a first come first served basis so please order early to avoid disappointment. Once your order has been accepted we will email you with an expected dispatch date.

  If you require your invites sooner then please email us with a date prior to ordering and we will contact you to let you know if this is possible.

  When ordering wedding favour please state the date you would like your favours by allowing at least 2 weeks for completion of your order.

  For personalised ribbon please allow up to 1 week for delivery.

  The cost for delivery is from £3.95 for all UK orders

  Free delivery on orders over £200

  For international delivery prices please email us with your address and your approximate order requirement and we will be happy to give you a quote.
• Can you print a custom design from my artwork?
• Yes this option is available please email us your artwork and we will email you a quote for printing your invites.
• Do you supply wedding stationery for same sex marriages?
• Yes we do just order your wedding stationery in the usual way and state in the comments box that you are part of a same sex marriage.
• Do you offer designs using a photograph?
• Yes in the wedding stationery section of our website there is an option in the left hand column for photograph designs.
• I like a design on your site but would like it on different card, do you offer this?
• Yes all our designs can be on any colour card, when ordering please outline your requirements in the comments box.
• I like a design on your site but would like it in a different colour, do you offer this?
• Yes all designs have the colour options available outlined on the individual invite page.
• Can I change the text inside/ outside of a card?
• Yes all text can be changed to be the wording of your choice.
• Are my details 100% safe with you?
• We will never pass your details on to a third party and keep your details fully secure.
• What if I change my mind, what is your refund policy?
• We do not accept cancellations once materials have been ordered which is within 48 hours of you placing an order. If you wish to cancel your order you must contact us in writing as soon as possible to see if the materials have been ordered. If the materials haven’t been ordered you will receive a full refund.
• I am not happy with my stationery that I have received from you can I have my money back?

• We strongly advise you order a sample of the invites you like to ensure you like the design. Samples can be ordered from the invite page and the favours page and are free for budget and affordable invites and are priced at 99p each for all other invites and for favour samples. If you then order 20 or more invites or 10 or more favours you will receive a discount of 99p off the final bill.

  Returns are not accepted if you don’t like the design when you receive it as all orders are printed to your individual specification.
